In a world everyone uses Beauty blender, I still tend to go for foundation brushes. Nothing against Beauty blender ( I am yet to try it out) or sponges in general, but I tend to go for brushes on a daily basics, perhaps because I never have to wet them. Today I want to shade my 3 favourite foundation brushes and why I love each one of them.
Argent Makeup 101
This was one of the first foundation brushes I got for myself and I can say with pleasure that it is from a brand owned by a fellow Portuguese. The owner of this brand has been struggling to keep up producing gorgeous brushes (their Pink handle is one of their signature pieces) while maintaining production in Europe. The brushes are all made with synthetic brushes (meaning cruelty-free and vegan) and super soft. I love to apply foundation on top of the brush and then spread it and buff the foundation on my face. I find that this brush is amazing for everyday wear, making my foundation look amazing. And don't be scared with the pink because Argent Makeup also has a beautiful standard classic version with the black handle! You can get them on their oficial website.
Zoeva 102 Silk Finish
This was part of one of my best investments. I got this brush as part of the Zoeva Rose Gold brush collection and it has been a favourite ever since. This brush has a very round a dense head that allows me to easily buff the foundation in every corner of my face without many issues. I previously compared it to Sigma's F82, breaking down their shape and price point. I have to admit that my love for this brush eventually grew more with time. If you are on the hunt for this brush, you either get this particular version with the set or go for the Rose Golden Vol.2 version which is all pink and cute! (they also have the standard black)
Sigma Beauty F82 Round Kabuki
I got this brush after winning a giveaway many years ago (even before having the blog). At the time everyone and their mum loved the F80 Flat top Kabuki and Sigma was in everyone's channel (kinda like Morphe nowadays) I got this brush because I thought the round top would help me to buff in the foundation better (and because I wanted something different from F80). I still love this brush but for the price point I'd go easily for Argent Makeup's or Zoeva's. Although it is easier to get hold on them in Europe since they are now available at Beautybay.
Have you tried this brushes? How do you like to apply your foundation?

Yes they are! I only tried this brush from Sigma. They are quite expensive here in Europe, even when compared to Zoeva!
